It’s been a busy summer, but I am back. Looking forward to Fall and all things homey. So, in that vein, I signed up for the Spices cooking class at Everyday Cook (Kerrytown) in Ann Arbor on Sunday. Very inspiring, I am already incorporating new things like French, Caribbean and Thai ingredients, into my cooking repertoire. I took the Knife skills class last week and, happily, I still have all my digits, but continue to remind myself that I am still holding my knife in a very wrong and dangerous way. Alas, I am sure the knowledge will sink in soon.
